This is me

My journey into the beauty industry didn’t begin with  passion for makeup but with curiosity and a drive to master a specialized skill. Starting at a department store makeup counter, I quickly uncovered the transformative power of beauty—not just in its physical aspects, but in the confidence and clarity it brings to people's lives. That discovery stuck with me, and over time, I developed a love for guiding others through their own beauty journeys.

My career has been shaped by diverse experiences: managing cosmetics retail stores, earning a bachelor’s degree in sociology with a focus on consumer behavior and marketing, and working as a licensed cosmetologist and educator for hairstylists. These roles have given me a unique, 360-degree perspective on the beauty industry—as a consumer, manager, practitioner, and educator—allowing me to approach consulting with a multifaceted lens.

What I love most about collaborating with beauty brands is embracing the "now, new, and next" of the industry. Visionary founders are constantly redefining what’s possible, but they often need a clear path to bring their ideas to life. That’s where I come in. Leveraging my experience, I provide tailored insights and strategies to help brands turn big dreams into actionable realities.

At the heart of my work is a simple question: How does this serve the end user? 

Understanding who they are, what they need, and how to address those needs is the cornerstone of everything I do. My love for learning fuels this process, whether I’m diving into emerging trends, reading new product and ingredient research, or exploring the latest innovations in beauty.

Fun fact: My entrepreneurial journey started when I was just seven years old, selling handmade creations to anyone who’d buy them. That scrappy determination has been a defining part of who I am ever since. I know what it takes to build something from the ground up because I’ve lived it, not just as a seven year old, but as an "official" entrepreneur of the last 10 years, and I’m here to partner with you on your journey to do the same.
